Kaj-Erik runs a private principal investment and advisory practice in Zurich focusing on Fintech and TMT. He is also a Senior Advisor to Mubadala Investment in Abu Dhabi. Previously, he was the Chief Investment Officer at the Federal Sovereign Wealth Fund Emirates Investment Authority of the UAE. His earlier career includes roles as partner of a global venture capital fund and the CEO of a major European telecom operator. Kaj currently serves on the board of some of his private portfolio companies like Starzplay Arabia as well as the board of the world’s largest satellite operator SES in Luxembourg, where he is the member of the audit and risk committee. He is also the chairman of the investment committee of the Fintech fund Apis Partners in London and the Chairman of Refunite, a charity reconnecting refugees with lost family members in East-Africa and MENA.
Pelle has over 35 years experience of the media and telecommunication industry including start-ups, turnarounds, and public companies. He has successfully built, listed and led two profitable, international media businesses, Modern Times Group and Metro International. Since 2007, he mainly works as owner/private entrepreneur through SeaBay Capital. He also serves as a Venture Advisor at Felix Capital Partners. He is board member of Bromberg – Scandinavian book publisher, Chairman of the Board of www.bygghemma.se – Scandinavia’s leading e-commerce for home improvement. Board member Cellcomb AB – Swedish cleantech company. Board member of HBO Nordic – Scandinavian OTT TV business in partnership with HBO. Pelle is also the senior advisor to Ericsson AB and the National Research Institute of Soft Power in China. He completed his Studies at the Department of Journalism, University of Gothenburg.
Since 2018 Eeva serves as General Counsel for Nokia Technologies, the licencing business of Nokia, also overseeing all intellectual property (IP) related legal and regulatory matters, litigation and dispute resolution for all Nokia businesses. Eeva joined Nokia to establish, build and lead an Intellectual Property Rights legal expert team in 2006 and became Vice President, Head of Patent Licensing in 2012. Eeva is member of the Finnish Bar since 1993. Eeva is a globally well-known and respected IP rights professional often trusted with representing the interests of intellectual property rights holders and other stakeholders. She was the President of the Finnish Industrial Property Association from 2001 to 2006 and continued as a Board Member until 2010. She has been the Chair of the Intellectual Property Expert Group of the Finnish Confederation of Industries since 2010. Eeva is frequent speaker in IP industry events.
