Limestone Platform is a unique Luxembourg based independent fund infrastructure created to serve specialist managers and entrepreneurs who wish to retain flexibility and independence while establishing Luxembourg domiciled UCITS or alternative investment funds. The fund infrastructure benefits from cost efficiency and advanced technology provided by an established Tallinn based fund management company licenced to operate as a Management Company in Luxemburg.
Current service providers to the Platform include KBL European Private Bankers and European Fund Administration for custody services and administration. The platform has also entered into brokerage agreements with leading brokers for facilitating securities, third party fund and derivative transactions enabling trading on day-one.
A new fund can be established within eight to ten weeks. The Platform, including its service providers, provide intensive support throughout the fund formation process, from planning through approval and all the way to on-boarding and launch. The underlying administration including information systems is provided by the Platform.
Investment managers are free to use branding associated with their own management companies for their respective sub-funds (subject to regulation regarding marketing of sub-funds). Each sub-fund is a separate and economically independent compartment within the Platform.
The Platform recognises the critical importance of efficient distribution for fund growth and seeks to match managers and marketing companies with proven ability to raise assets.
The Platform has an established track record of managing Luxembourg domiciled funds for seven years. We are now seeking to expand our business and are offering our services and expertise to new customers.
